This policy explains what information FillddMedia ("we," "us") collects through fillddmedia.com (the "Site") and how it's used.

The Site itself does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. If that changes — for example, if we add Meta Pixel or Google Analytics — this policy will be updated first and will describe exactly what's collected.

If you contact us or book a call, we collect what you directly provide:

• Anything you write to us, such as details about your business or ad account
• Scheduling details if you book a call through our booking page

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a call, and — if we start working together — to deliver our services. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

Booking calls runs through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service — their own privacy policy governs data entered on their booking page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard request data (like IP address) as part of serving the font files.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required for our own business records, and delete it on request where we're not otherwise required to retain it.
