Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of fillddmedia.com and any services FillddMedia ("we," "us") agrees to provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

FillddMedia provides Meta advertising management and related creative services. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed separately with each client before work begins — this page is not a service contract on its own.

No guaranteed results

We manage ad accounts based on our best professional judgment, testing, and reporting. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control — market conditions, platform changes, your offer, your industry, and more. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a target cost per lead, lead volume, or return on ad spend.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Engagements are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with no minimum commitment and no notice period required. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the payment being processed; payments are non-refundable after that window. You remain responsible for any ad spend already committed or incurred directly through Meta up to the date of cancellation.

Client responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you give us about your business, for maintaining your own ad account and payment methods with Meta, and for any products, services, or claims made in your ads that we did not independently verify.

Intellectual property

Creative assets (ad copy, images, video) built specifically for your account become yours to use once paid in full. Our internal processes, templates, and methodology remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FillddMedia's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
